DoudouLinux provides about 50 applications, plus some system applications such as the panel, file manager and so on. Part or all of these applications may not be totally translated as yet into your language. Many applications use gettext to provide translated text to the user interface but, unfortunately, this is not an official standard. On the other hand, translating an application not only relates to text; since there may be voice files or text in images to be translated.

In this section you will find information about translating DoudouLinux applications: which files are to be translated, tools to use and how to test your own work (without recompiling applications, if possible!). Our team tries to add any relevant information during the translation work, but remember, not all of the applications have been translated completely!
