First Serbian pages

Our Serbian contributor, Jay, is highly motivated and he has started to translate the website in Cyrillic Serbian. We already have 4 articles and the related section pages. Thus our Serbian visitor will soon have a user documentation in their language. We will try to automate transliteration into Latin Serbian so that this variant will be quickly available too. Of course CD translation is not achieved but its environment is fully Serbian since the last release. Serbian is on the good way… :)
